SOBRE/ABOUT ELSA DAVID
Elsa David nasceu em Lisboa e formou-se em Arquitectura na Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
Trabalhou durante cerca de 10 anos em grandes empresas de arquitectura, passando depois a dedicar-se em exclusividade ao seu atelier, tendo desenvolvido inúmeros projectos em diversas áreas.
A partir de 2003 inicia-se na pintura, passando a expor regularmente em galerias.
Realizou ilustrações para diversos jornais e revistas.
Fez ballet clássico com a Professora Luna Andermatt, depois dança moderna, contemporânea e jazz com o Professor Ruben Marks e a Professora Paula Careto.
Experimentou teatro no Grupo da Universidade Técnica, e fez estudos de música e piano no Conservatório Nacional até ao 4º ano.
Em 2004 conheceu e apaixonou-se pela Biodanza e titulou-se em 2009, depois de concluída a Escola de Biodanza do Porto (2005 - 2008).
Em 2014 concluiu o curso de Didacta de Biodanza em Nice (Março 2013 - Março 2014).
É facilitadora de dois grupos regulares desde 2008 e promove diversos eventos (nacionais e internacionais) deste sistema onde (re) encontrou a dança e o prazer de dançar, numa base teórica coesa e transdisciplinar que desperta e nutre todos os potenciais de desenvolvimento humano em que acredita.
Elsa David was born in Lisbon and she graduated in Architecture at the Technical University of Lisbon.
Elsa worked for 10 years in large architectural firms and later she devoted herself exclusively to her studio, where she developed numerous projects in several areas.
From 2003 she branches out into painting, exhibiting regularly in local galleries.
She was commissioned countless illustrations for magazines and newspapers.
She also practiced classical ballet with Professor Luna Andermatt, then modern and contemporary dance with Prof. Ruben Marks and Prof. Paula Careto.
She participated in theater productions at the Drama Group of the Technical University, and studied Piano at the National Conservatory until the 4th year.
In 2004 she discovered and fell in love with Biodanza and got her degree in 2009, having completed the School of Biodanza in Porto (2005 - 2008).
In 2014 she completed the course of Biodanza Didact in Nice, France (March 2013 - March 2014).
She facilitates two regular groups since 2008 and promotes many events of this system (in Portugal and abroad) where she has (re) discovered dance and the pleasure of dancing, in a coherent and transdisciplinary theoretical basis that awakes and nurtures all the potencials of human development she believes in.
